I use to cook Polenta on very low heat, because i will not burn myself or clean after cooking, the whole kitchen and also myself from head to toe. Because on the very hot stove top, Polenta reacts like a mud geyser.

Adrio is like a sausage but the difference is, the meat is filled in a pig`s caul, so it is not looking like a sausage. I am sorry i found only the explanation in German or French for the Adrio.
