1/3 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. cumin

2 tsp. paprika

salt and pepper

2 tbsp. oil for frying

For the sauce

1 tbsp. cooking oil

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tbsp. paprika

1/3 cup tomato paste

2 cups water

3 tomatoes, chopped

1 small onion, chopped

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. black pepper

1. Peel potatoes.

2. Cut into 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) thick wedges.
